The doors are crated depending on door sizes and number. Orders of one or two doors will be packaged separately while larger orders will be placed on skids.
A variety of shipping delivery methods can be used starting with the least expensive, business to business, which requires a loading dock or fork lift on the receiving end.
Residential deliveries with a lift gate allow the convenience of having the doors delivered on the job site but cost more and are only required to lower the crate(s) curbside. Though, depending on the location, situation, and providing there are no obstacles in the way, your driver probably will be able to put your delivery down right where you or your contractor wants it.
The worst case scenario of a residential delivery would be having to disassemble the crate curbside and carry the doors one at a time to where you want them.
We try to minimize costs to our customers by negotiating lower shipping rates and add on charges with all of our carriers. The lower shipping rate is then added on to the door cost, passing the savings on to our customers.

We will ship virtually anywhere in the world that there is someone to receive, as long as there are no government trade sanctions involved.

Every shipment is unique in destination, weight, and dimensions; therefore by using different reputable carriers we are able to pass on the best shipping value at the time of shipment per individual customer.

Once again remember that each shipping situation is unique in its size and destination, causing delivery times to vary. Shipping to anywhere in the lower forty eight states usually takes no longer than seven days, of course less time is required for deliveries that are closer to our plant in Ohio. Any shipment requiring port service will depend on travel time to the port itself, customs delay, plus boat departure schedule, and of course time at sea.
