We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Credit/Debit cards. as well as certified checks and money orders. Use of a credit card or certified checks will result in faster order time. We do not take credit card orders via the Internet, but we do take them by phone or fax. We believe this adds a higher level of security to the web site and also helps us make sure that your order is shipped correctly. Terms are 1/2 down, when order is placed, and the final payment when order is shipped. All UPS-DHL orders must be paid in full before they will be shipped.
Questions
Virtually every customer has questions regarding their order. We will take as long as you want to explain questions on our doors. We have no minimum order size and shipping is added to each order. Shipping will depend upon order size and distance. Call for shipping quote.
Order lead Time
On interior doors, lead time will vary from two weeks to eight weeks F.O.B. depending upon order quantities and time of year. Call or e-mail us to find current lead time.
Return Policy
There is no return on doors, due to special manufacturing for each order. If there are manufacturing defects, which are covered by warranty, or shipping damage, which is covered by the trucking company, contact us as soon as possible. All deposits on interior doors, once in production, are non-refundable, due to nature of custom product.
